Buses departing from Phongsaly town stop here for 10-20 min between 0800 & 0900+:
- Phongsaly to Boun Tai
- Phongsaly to Ou Neua (not sure if daily)
- Phongsaly to Ou Tai
- Phongsaly to 勐腊 Mengla (China)
- Phongsaly to Oudomxay
- Phongsaly to Vientiane
Buses to Phongsaly stop here later in the day:
- Vientiane to Phongsaly ~0900++
- Oudomxay to Phongsaly ~1800++

'Pak Thang' literally means 'mouth road' i.e. 'Pak Thang ABC' means 'mouth of/junction with road leading to ABC'.
'Lak' means something like 'kilometre marker'.

One daily bus from Ou Tai to 江城 Jiangcheng (China) passes through at ~1030.
One daily bus from Jiangcheng (China) to Ou Tai passes through between ~1400 - 1600++.
From Ou Neua to Ou Tai - 10,000kip, approx 1h journey.
